Job Overview:
With the expansion of their Lead Generation Team, they are recruiting an additional Telesales Agent. The successful Candidate must be a confident individual with drive, enthusiasm and determination to succeed. In return you will receive a good basic salary with an uncapped commission structure.

Working with their Lead Generation Team your main responsibilities will be to contact businesses via outbound Telesales and book quality criteria appointments for their Direct Field Sales Representatives to attend.

To compliment your outbound calling activity their Social Media and Direct Business Campaigns add towards your appointment Target.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- To maximise opportunities and to generate appointments for our Field Sales Representatives to attend via outbound Telemarketing and Direct Social Media Campaigns.
- Achieve set Targets including booking between 8-10 appointments weekly to a high quality, meeting qualifying criteria. This is achieved by making 80 to 100 calls per day.
- To utilise our CRM system and input the relevant data for the Telemarketing Team and the Field Sales Representatives. In house Training will be provided.
- Previous Telemarketing experience is preferable and a good understanding of Direct Sales in the SME Market place, either in Communications or a similar Industry within the respective sector, would be an advantage.

Requirements for the Role:

- The successful candidate must have a good track record of Telesales and evidence of success working within an outbound Direct Sales environment preferably within the SME market place.
- Experience in Telecommunications would be an advantage but not essential as experience in a similar market will be considered.
- Strong work ethic.
- Experience of working in a Team and being a dedicated Team player.
- Positive "can do" attitude.
- Clear and professional telephone manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have self-confidence and motivation to generate new leads.
- Performance and results orientated and have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
