A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Officer for an international children s charity in order to manage a marketing programme and effectively grow sustainable acquisition for a multiproduct and multi-audience strategy. This will be a permanent role based in Milton Keynes. Key Responsibilities will include: Drive and maintain target audience awareness and consideration of the charity Maximize warm leads and the consideration journey programme Centralise Digital as the heart of an omni-channel strategy Develop and manage a Consideration Marketing/warm leads programme with specific KPIs which will drive sustainable acquisition Align campaigns and activities with the Digital Acquisition team ensuring campaigns are aligned, leveraged and measurable. Deliver tests to improve early stage retention, by optimising supporter journeys for different audiences, channels and products. Ensure a focus on channel innovation and continuous improvement through the reporting of results for each activity, including that The activity is set up in such a way as to allow rigorous testing and detailed analysis Internal processes are followed to accurately track responses Appropriate statistical techniques and analysis are used in order to inform future activity Use consumer insights to develop compelling communications, aligned to audience, channel and product which will drive consideration and inspire action from the target audience Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency / event partners to maximize results Monitor the effectiveness of the charity in processing supporters through these channels and collaboratively resolve any issues Manage all activities to set budgets and timelines Support the work of the wider Supporter Growth team as required In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience: Significant experience in a marketing role with a good portion of that in CRM Marketing Results focused; planned and organised to meet challenging targets; responds promptly and professionally; desires excellence; is proactive and takes responsibility for ensuring work creates the desired results Thoroughness and appropriate detail; demonstrates trustworthiness; communicates with integrity; exercises stewardship of resources.
