My client a multinational insurance ground is seeking a Digital lead with prior experience within Insurance or Financial services for a 3 month initial contract in Horsham.
Implementing a new claims system (Guidewire). As a result they are looking for someone to lead and drive the claims Digital Transformation work stream and act as a trust advisor to the project.
- You have strong domain knowledge in the UK market.
- Technology enabled business transformation is your background - You can visualize and design transformational Digital solutions based on customer business goals, optimise customer journeys and drive adoption
- Knowledgeable of and "on top of" disruptive digital technologies.
- Proven delivery of Digital transformation programs
- Proven experience in managing and connecting with internal and external teams, partners and alliances across customer engagement life-cycles.
- Mastery of development of the customer journey and driving customer adoption
- Strong Communication and inter-personal skills
- Analytical and understands a broad range of technologies; keeps up to date with market and technology trends
- Strong leadership and influential skills
- Highly organised
- Customer Orientated

1) Proven delivery of successful digital transformation in an insurance or financial services environment
2) Knowledge of the claims customer journey
