IT Infrastructure Analyst / Technical Support based in Bradford

One of Europes leading distribution companies are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Engineer to join their team in Bradford. The Role -

1st Line / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Main duties will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues by identifying, analysing, diagnosing and restoring service through the use of established processes and procedures.

The primary objective for the position is to deliver an excellent customer experience, whilst minimizing down time to our internal customer base.
We deal with an average of 1,000 issues per week, working a shift system between the hours of 7.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, including Bank Holidays (except Christmas Day) and therefore some degree of flexibility is required.

We Are Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will combine a passion for customer service with an active interest in IT. Well organised and comfortable working in a fast paced environment, you will have the ability to work independently whilst displaying enthusiasm to assist other members of the IT team when required.

As the team support Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a second language, both written and spoken, is an advantage however all applications will be considered. Preferred languages are: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Italian or Turkish
