Graduate B2B Marketing Assistant

London, SE1

Our new Graduate B2B Marketing Account Exec will be passionate about people and working in a fast paced environment. They’ll have a natural interest in marketing, be able to demonstrate creativity and the ability to exceed expectations.

With a little (or a lot) of help from our existing Marketing Account Executives, you'll be able to grow your natural leadership and business skills into professional assets that make you real management material within 6-12 months.

Key Responsibilities for the Graduate B2B Marketing Account Executive:

  • Marketing, Sales, Customer Service
  • Client and Consumer Relations
  • Business Development / Management Training
  • Meeting with 100 + consumers per day explaining product through a short presentation and selling the product or service at hand
  • Recruitment and Team Leadership
  • Utilise networking and referrals to additionally build client base
  • Lean on one’s own personality and demeanour while using a proven methodology
  • Registering new interested parties for our client’s service

What You Will Need:

  • Have an entrepreneurial-minded - someone who is excited about growing themselves and their business
  • Have impeccable interpersonal skills - someone who can have a solid conversation with potential businesses
  • While no prior experience in marketing or sales is necessarily required, the majority of our team members have 1-2 years experience in B2B sales or direct presentation-based sales positions
  • Must be over 18 and eligible to work in the UK without Visa sponsorship
  • Must be able to commute to SE1
