Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland believe no one in Scotland should be left alone to cope with the effects of spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus. For over 50 years they have provided a lifetime commitment of specialist support and information to all those affected by spina bifida, hydrocephalus and related conditions. Every year their services are available to over 3,500 children, young people and adults across Scotland through a helpline, workshops, individual and family support, home and hospital visits, youth clubs, health check clinics, one to one key workers and respite. It costs £1 million every year to provide extensive specialist services and with very little statutory funding, the charity relies almost solely on donations from individuals alongside the generosity of trusts and corporate partners. SBH Scotland are looking to develop and expand on the vital support they receive from corporate partners and are now looking to appoint a Partnership Manager to join their team. The Partnership Manager will work closely with the Director of Fundraising to proactively secure and manage a range of corporate partnerships. This is a senior role for an experienced person with excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships, proactively identifying opportunities and cultivating meaningful partnerships.
