The Business Join us in Edinburgh as a Pillars Analyst You'll be joining our faced-paced and influential Resilience & Continuity function, responsible for safeguarding our customers, and ensuring we are able to anticipate sources of disruption and eliminate operational vulnerabilities This is a key role, and you'll be perfectly positioned to shape the team deliverables and strategy You'll enjoy considerable stakeholder collaboration as well as the opportunity to develop your careerWhat you'll doWorking closely with the Manager of Resilience Pillars & Frameworks, and colleagues across Resilience & Continuity, you'll support the implementation of frameworks within the bank. As such, you'll embed resilience across the four pillars of People, Property, Supply Chain and Technology.In more specific terms, you'll: Implement robust frameworks and standards which protect the banks critical People, Properties, Suppliers and Technology, increasing awareness of, and mitigation against, resilience risks Build and maintain collaborative relationships across Resilience & Continuity Continuously improve and refine the frameworks and standards in line with the banks and Resilience & Continuitys strategy Design and operate processes that track implementation and adherence to the frameworks, maintaining and enforcing the need for clear audit trails, and good records management Utilise strategic tools and applications to enhance the efficiency of team processes, and support the implementation of metrics which track the mitigation of resilience risksThe skills you'll needTo be successful in this role, you'll need solid risk management experience, and evidence of self motivation and delivery. Along with an awareness of bank wide products and processes, you'll have knowledge or experience of working in resilience or risk disciplines.We're also looking for: Excellent planning and organisation skills An understanding of processes and frameworks in areas of People, Property, Supply Chain or Technology Commercial awareness and the ability to complete tasks within budget Fantastic stakeholder management skills Astute attention to detailHow we'll reward youIn return, we offer a competitive salary plus 25% cash and benefit funding programme that can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
