CRM Support Engineer (London Bridge) Principal Purpose of Role: Ensure the CRM operates as smoothly and efficiently as possible and provide support to users of this and other applications across the business and that all users are trained and supported. General Duties: Support users of the clients application software with particular focus on CRM and allied applications, escalating to third party providers where appropriate. Facilitate support for external systems used by the client as necessary Follow and manage the support escalation path to provide the most efficient resolution to issues for both internal and external system support Develop and support 'Super Users' across the business Provide inductions for new members of staff Contribute to the development, roll-out and delivery of the every touch within IT use across the client, through user training, policies and processes. Provide support to the rest of the IT team as and when required. Specific CRM Duties: Manage the CRM system ensuring the data and processes remain current and relevant to the business requirements Provide on-going support and role specific end-user training to users, developing training materials and process documentation Develop the reporting capabilities of CRM working with users in order to exploit full potential of data. Work with the CRM Development Manager to: Ensure new functionality is implemented to the business effectively Implement and maintain policies and procedures for CRM users and system administrators Ensure data quality and correct processes are in place and monitored by managers Responsible for ensuring overall integrity of data and "lists" and their use both internally and externally. Skills and experience: Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 or later, including management and customisation Experienced in using Management Reporting Tools such as Crystal Reports and SQL databases Experienced in adapting to use and support different application packages Strong customer service ethos Ability to gain credibility and explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels, both written and verbal CRM Support Engineer High level analytical and planning skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
