My client is a global organisation with a huge presence in the market is keen to bring on an enthusiastic, intelligent and eager IT Support Analyst for their growing Operations and Technology Team.

They are looking for someone that can support their large user base and clients with excellent customer service throughout. You will be someone that is keen, hardworking and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

The key skills are:

1st / 2nd line support experience.

Good IT Skills.

Good Microsoft and Office skills

Active Directory

Excellent communication

Excellent customer service

Hardware and Software support

Basic Network support

Ability to pick things up quickly

Enthusiastic about passionate
