Key Areas of Responsibility
Customer Focused and Results Oriented
Through a professional and proactive approach, develop, where possible, your customer base. Specifically to sell: Graphic design for print
Digital and litho print
Personalisation & direct mail
Large format & PoS
Exhibition graphics
Promotional gifts & branded merchandise

• To manage business from customers handed over to you.
• To work with the New Business Development team to assist them win new business from existing customers.
• To provide cover for Account Management team during periods of holiday and sickness.
• To check deliveries into customers on a daily basis.
• Establish and build strong business relationships with customers.
• Identify needs, prepare, submit and actively follow up all proposals with objective of closing on all submissions.
• Respond to and handle customers’ telephone queries
• Advise customers on substrates, print processes and other technical issues associated with print production.

Administration and Organisation
Maintain an efficient and effective system in all administration-related requirements which include:
• Efficient organization of customer records and correspondence.
• Drawing up of job/print specifications to email to suppliers for estimating.
• Submission of estimates to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Timely and appropriate follow up, objective to close on every estimate submitted.
• Processing of orders, managing proofs.
• Organise paper samples and dummies.
• Manage the withdrawal of stock from suppliers’ premises ensuring all stock records are updated accurately.
• Organise couriers.
• Filing of samples and archiving job bags for Account Management team.

Marketing and Business Development
To take a proactive approach to marketing and developing your customers through:
• Identifying ways of growing the business from existing accounts.
• Visit any customer (or supplier) in own vehicle, if required.
• Being aware of competitor activity.
• Assistance with the production of marketing campaigns where appropriate.

Team Player
A good team player who encourages and supports others to achieve company goals.
• Participate within the company structure as a flexible team worker.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve company’s goals.

• Ensure personal presentation is of a high standard, appropriate to business style and company image.
