Events Account Executive / Account Coordinator Required for my client, which supply Event Services at a Leading Unique Venue.

Key Responsibilities as a Events Account Executive / Account Coordinator:

- To provide excellent customer support for clients’ pre, during and post show. Answer phone calls from Exhibitors and Organisers.
- To own and manage the on-site help desk, successfully promote our services, resolve clients’ queries, escalate where appropriate, keep an accurate record and communicate to the relevant parties.
- To maintain the sales ledger daily ensuring all payment are recorded timely and correctly. Own the reconciliation process between our operating systems (currently SOPS & JDE), ensure they are balance and reflect the business taken accurately.
- To chase debt on behalf of the Sales Team weekly
- Where possible, to support the Sales Team with incoming enquiries (Sales inbox & calls) and process orders
- Delivery of customer focused and professional service to all Organisers and Exhibitors.
- Entering of orders onto my clients SOPS system in a correct and accurate manner
- Providing support to all members of staff.
- Processing of customer orders and associated payments
- All payments and associated documentation from Service Desk delivered back to the office post-event.
- Resolution or escalation of customer queries to management if required.

Personal Requirements as a Events Account Executive / Account Coordinator:

- Exceptional Customer service is essential
- Data Entry skills
- IT Savvy, proficient in Office Word. Wireless knowledge preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of people
- Ability to charge on, take ownership and over deliver
- Willingness to work unsociable hours when required

Background in Events is preferred, however not essential.
