An SEN School in South East London urgently require an LSA to work with Year 7 ASD Students.

These roles are working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with KS3 and KS4 students and pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), so therefore experience is essential within these fields is essential.

You will:

Be resilient and have the ability to think on your feet

Have previous experience of SEN students and have worked within the education field with KS3/4 pupils

Be able to assist with Individual Education Plans (IEP's) and Behaviour Management Plans

Be able to engage reluctant learners with alternative and innovative ideas

You will need to have excellent behaviour management strategies and be a good communicator and have the ability to build relationships quickly
