Girlguiding is looking for an experienced and innovative Insight Manager to establish a new data and insight ‘hub’ for the Charity.
You will be responsible for establishing and managing the Insight team within the Growth and Insight department, and for embedding great data analysis and impact evaluation throughout our decision-making. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring a new impact framework that drives strategic direction and, using your team’s superb research, develop change recommendations for a better member experience and overall growth.
