Join us!About the Position:We have a great opportunity for an experienced, organized,detail-oriented self-starter with a great attitude. The candidate willprovide administrative support to the VP and Associate General Counsel,Global Privacy and other senior leaders in the EMEA Legal and GovernmentAffairs team. The candidate must be enthusiastic, flexible,well-organized and a team player with strong interpersonal andcommunication skills. Should have the ability to operate well in a fastpaced, ever-changing environment. A background within an in-house legalteam and/or a technology company is a plus.Responsibilities: Calendar management - coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, off- site meetings, one-on-one meetings, etc. Travel arrangements (domestic and international). Assist with expense reporting, raising purchase orders and team budget management. Event management - organization of quarterly meetings, volunteering events, off-sites, etc. Project management of low to intermediate complexity as requested. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires and for contractors. Help with preparing documents and PowerPoint presentations; and assisting in compiling reports. Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines. Use initiative and judgment within established guidelines. Effectively interface with employees from other groups within salesforce and senior executives inside and outside the company. Other administrative duties as requested. Experience/Skills Required: Substantial executive administrative experience. Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process. Strong teamwork skills, and a strong ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work effectively with all personalities. Strong relationship management skills. High level of confidentiality, discernment and judgment. Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs. Proven ability to manage smaller projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines. Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges. Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ADOBE Acrobat, Gmail skills and Gcal skills. Experience with the setting up and management of virtual meetings and tools e.g. GoTo Meetings, conference calls. Strong communication, oral and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners. Positive can-do attitude Experience/Skills Desired: Previous in-house legal, technology industry or startup experience a plus - provided by Dice ACROBAT, CRM, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, SALESFORCE, SAP CRM
