We are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Marketing Executive to join our Milk Based Beverages Commercial team. In this role you will report to the Commercial Director - Europe for Milk Based Beverages and will be based at our UK head office in Leeds. As Commercial Marketing Executive you will develops and drive the brand strategies and plans in cooperation and coordination with the local Senior Commercial Manager Starbucks® and the global team. You will help to deliver short- and long-term volume, turnover, profit and brand equity growth in line with the

brand / category strategy.

Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:

* Developing and owning short-term brand plans (18-month horizon) under guidance from and in cooperation with the Senior Commercial Manager Starbucks® UK.
* Managing the specific implementation of annual brand plans in line with business and global brand strategy including the development and implementation of key elements of the marketing mix: advertising, promotional campaigns, digital and shopper marketing.
* Managing, delivering and evaluating brand activities.
* Monitoring and understanding key brand tracking KPIs and implications.
* In conjunction with management supporting and developing consumer insights against brand(s) including key development research projects.
* Developing and leading close in brand line extension projects.
* Managing the marketing budget for brand(s).
* Managing 'day-to-day' agency relationships with core agencies feeding into their review and selection.
* Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams across Arla Foods marketing functions to ensure effective delivery of projects.
* Acting as internal champion and expert for the Starbucks® brand.
* Giving input into 3-5 years' brand strategy development.

Skills

The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical and commercially driven with a hands-on and "get things done" attitude. You will able to translate consumer- channel- and business needs into strategy, proposition and concrete business results and will have a good understanding of the full value chain. With FMCG experience, ideally within the beverage category, you will also be able to create and develop constructive relationships with a range of stakeholders
