Geason Training, a leading apprenticeship provider for the construction industry has an excellent opportunity for a full time compliance manager to join Geason Training during this exciting time of growth. This is a key role within the compliance team and a great opportunity for the successful candidate to build and develop this role.

We are looking for the right person to continually improve the standards of Geason Training through creating and delivering enhanced and robust process to improve our existing delivery

You will already have experience of working in a fast-paced training environment and will have extensive knowledge of funding requirements (ESFA, ESF, Loans) within the training sector.
•A strong background in compliance
•Experience of coordinating internal and external audits.
•Experience of managing a team within the training and compliance.
•Flexible can do attitude who thrives in a challenging environment.
•Excellent IT skills with experience of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities are:
•Responsible for achieving KPI for your team.
•To provide guidance and support to tutors / assessors and partner colleges as required.
•Liaison with Awarding Bodies, ESFA and other interested stakeholders
•Audit PICS data entry to required ESFA and internal standards
•Compliance with the requirements of the Common Inspection Framework
•Support and coordinate external audits with funding bodies.
•Submitting all registration and funding paperwork accurately and on time.
•Developing new process and systems to improve the compliance department
•Responsible for developing / training your team on new processes to help with continues improvement.
•Monitoring all paperwork to make sure it meets with funding regulations.
•Be the point of contact for all internal and external queries.
•Conduct internal and quality audits across all areas, set & monitor action plans
•Responsible for using and communicating the MI data daily/weekly for your department to improve service and compliance.
•Support the network with best practice.
•Continue to keep a up to date knowledge of all service that Geason Training offer.

The salary is £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
