We are currently looking for an Experienced Purchase ledger Administrator / clerk for our client based in Weymouth.

The role is key to ensuring the accurate recording of purchase costs and liabilities across the company and group. With responsibility for processing high levels of transactions and payments, this is a key role within their accounts department.

As the ideal candidate you will need to be / have:

" Proactive in resolving queries.

" Ability to adhere to financial deadlines.

" A good communicator.

" Keen to develop within a commercial accounts environment.

" Ability to understand nominal journals and double entry

" Experience of processing high volume purchase ledger essential

" Reconciliation experience ideally supplier statements

" A team player and willingness to learn new skills and develop with the company.

" Good excel abilities

This is a part time role working 35 hours Monday to Friday

The hourly rate is £8.91
