Our world class Halifax based technology company are currently looking for a Technical Operations Team Leader to join their award winning technical team.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who enjoys a supportive people management role and comes from an IT Service background. You'll be joining a rewarding and forward thinking company, and managing a lively team of service desk staff. Duties will include:

Implementation of the team's personal development plans, encouraging a positive working culture
Ensuring that the staff rotas are fairly divided to ensure the company can operate on a 24/6 basis
Setting KPIs and monitoring both individual and team performance to ensure SLAs and QA standards are met
Analysing and monitoring SLAs, ensuring service levels are achieved along with quality and client expectations
Providing weekly and ad hoc reporting on service status
Facilitating sessions for service delivery including incident review, problem resolution, capacity and planning.
Holding 121s and quarterly reviews

We're looking for candidates from a people management and IT Technical background.
You will need to have worked in a Service Desk, 1st, 2nd or 3rd Line Technical role with a strong background in service delivery.
If you're a switched on, proactive and motivated team manager with fantastic communication, reporting and coaching skills then we'd love to hear from you!
An ITIL Service Management qualification is highly desired

In return our client offers a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 doe
