Chase and Holland are working closely with a manufacturing business based in Chesterfield. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with an easy going yet proactive finance team.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

* Inputting purchase invoices into the database
* Ensuring invoices are correctly authorised and matched to purchase orders
* Resolving and client or supplier queries and raising when necessary
* Statement reconciliations
* Posting sales ledger receipts
* Sending out sales invoices and statements
* Credit control
* Maintaining the purchase and sales ledger
* Assisting the management accountant with month end procedures

Required Skills and Experience:

* Strong bookkeeping experience
* An excellent understanding Sage 50
* Good communication skills and confidence speaking over the phone
* A customer focused approach
* Excellent attention to detail
* GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above
* An AAT qualification is advantageous but not essential
