The Role

Here at Hain Daniels we have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Stores/ Planner to join the team at our Corby site. If successful in the role you will provide day to day support to the Site Engineering Managers with regards to site stores and contractor management; including the administration of the Preventative Maintenance System, planned service work and cost recording / reduction across OHF Corby site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administration of ordering and invoicing (controlling spend with the support of Engineering Team Leaders and Engineering Managers)
- Manage PPM system, ensuring compliance >95%.
- Review critical spares - Work with the engineer departments to ensure correct spares are held on site and readily available.
- Ensure engineering budget tracker is 100% compliant and up to date.
- Control of contractors and service schedules for both planned and breakdown maintenance.
- Attend weekly Planning Commitment meetings across site.
- Carry out essential plant checks.

What you will need for the role / what it will take

- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts and equipment.
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety systems and Safe working practices.
- Good numeration skills.
- Good experience of stores management and stock control systems.
- Experience in contractor management and permit to work systems.
