We are looking for a Process Specialist to work on a short term temporary assignment for 2-3 weeks. You will be shadowing the Payroll Manager and observing and understanding the payroll to then create and document the procedure for others to follow and understand.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Prcoess Specialist (Payroll) for a temporary contract for a period of 3 weeks. This role is a great opportunity for a tenacious completer finisher who will use logic to challenge and analyse information.
Responsibilities for this role include:
• Building workflows, documenting criteria for procedures and recording standard polices for the Payroll function, including how this function interacts with HR and Finance. • Creating a set of workflows that detail these business areas with attributed owners, signing off procedures and timelines.
Experience required:
• The ability to create clear documentation efficiently and professionally for review by Senior Management. • Experience of producing processes documented as workflows
Experience desirable:
• Creating and documenting policies, processes and procedures (within if possible a Payroll Function).
• The ability to turn workflows into documentation that can be followed as part of a Quality Management System
