The Role

My client is seeking an Account Manager to head a major site with multiple buildings in Cambridgeshire. This will be a particularly client facing role, with emphasis on client engagement, at a commercial site for a tech company with high but fair expectations. The role also entails ensuring SLA and statutory compliance, as well as responsibility for KPI's and PNLs.

Duties will include:

* Engaging with the client, ensuring swift resolutions to grievances and acknowledgement of any compliments or thanks

* Ensuring statutory compliance and SLAs are met

* Responsibility for KPIs

* Effective supervision of all sub-contractors
* Ensuring that all of the needs of your employer's client (the NHS) are met

The Person

The right candidate will have:

* Demonstrable experience within a similar role

* Technical qualifications in a building services discipline

* Commercial awareness

* The ability to build strong, honest relationships with clients

* Understanding of building services compliance requirements
