Do you want to work Mon-Fri days as your core shift?

With earnings of £39,000+ we require an electrical maintenance engineer to join the team working Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm.

This is a shift cover role, so there will be an expectation to cover planned holidays for the shift engineers who work a 4on 4off shift pattern.

With sites located across Europe, you will be working in a first class manufacturing environment. Warm, clean and modern purposed built manufacturing facilities.

Salary: Whilst working Monday-Friday Days £15.32 Per Hour and when covering a shift at £19.91 Per Hour

OT Rates: Mon-Sat Time and ½ and Sun - Double

Yearly earnings: £40,000+

Benefits: pension up to 4% matched, Death in Service x3 salary, Life assurance, On site parking

Location: North Leicestershire

Background required: Previous experience within a Manufacturing/Industrial environment as a Electrical Maintenance engineer.

Essential Skills required:

*A strong background within a electrical maintenance role within a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:

*To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.

*Provide technical electrical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns

*PPM's

The ideal Electrical Maintenance Engineer will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:

Time served apprenticeship
17th edition electrically qualified
PLC experience for Fault Finding beneficial
Familiar with AC/DC drives and invertors - beneficial
Previous experience working in a automated manufacturing environment
Educated in a relevant engineering discipline - City and Guilds/NVQ level 3/HNC/HND etc
