Job Title; Sales Order Processor

Salary; £16,500 - £20,000 per annum
Shift; Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm
Location; Daventry, Northamptonshire
Commutable from; Crick, Long Buckby, Weedon Bec, Rugby, Banbury, Milton Keynes and Coventry

Our client, a leading engineering company based in Daventry is keen to appoint a Sales Order Processor to join their established team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Service Team and will ensure a seamless service is delivered to each client.

***This is a permanent position and immediately available***

The Role;
Processing of customer and internal orders using bespoke computer software
Manage the booking in of orders from the factory
Printing customer delivery and despatch notes
Printing invoices and emailing/posting to customers
Printing barcodes and part number labels
Scheduling and booking external carriers as required
Answering incoming calls and directing accordingly
Customer liaison, answering enquiries and resolving any issues
Greet customers as they visit the premises
General administration, to include filing and archiving of paperwork

Our Ideal Candidate;
Proficient in all Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate on all levels
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work from own initiative and under minimum instruction
Motivated individual who is keen to broaden skill set
Strong administration skills
Ability to prioritise workload and work in a timely manner
