Customer Service Manager

- Chester-le-Street
- Salary Range: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
- Permanent staff position

Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a thriving business in Chester-le-Street.

Based in a busy open plan office, you will primarily be tasked with maintaining and developing successful relationships with existing clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead a small Administration team in promoting company products and services
- Manage a portfolio of major accounts
- Territory planning
- Upselling additional services.
- Assist in new business development
- Updating the CRM and inputting information

Required Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a proven track record of successful account management
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds.
