Qualified Schools are working in partnership with a school who are looking to recruit a candidate with a passion for working with children. The successful candidate will enjoy playing a key role within a school in helping to develop students social, moral as well as their academic skills .

The school specialise in teaching KS3 and 4 students whom may present challenging behaviours or are not suited to mainstream education. They offer an alternative curriculum to meet the needs of each student on an individual basis.

Young people often come to them disengaged, with a lack of motivation for learning. Your role will involve providing functional skills and vocational teaching, whilst encouraging learners to develop as people.

The successful candidate will be a confident individual with excellent communication skills and a great sense of humour, resilience is also essential.
