MAIN DUTIES:

Provide Contract information to subcontract buyers for tender enquires to and formaliseprocurement of subcontractors.
Arrange and attend start-up & progress meetings with all Subcontractors and key suppliers and ensure deliverables and delivery programme conform to the requirements.
Administrate for all Subcontract accounts to ensure compliance with the agreed T&C’s
Assess interim applications and authorise payments. Negotiate Final Account settlement in
accordance with company procedures.
Prepare and submit cost monitor to delivery team and monitor site performance on a weekly basis.
Support commercially across a number of civil engineering and rail infrastructure Projects from values of £10k to £2m
Assist the project delivery team in the preparation and valuation of Change Requests for submission to the client in accordance with the Main Contract provisions.
Maintain input to management accounts, supply chain database and information systems inaccordance with company procedures.
Liaise with the Commercial Manager and relevant Contracts Manager at all stages of the contract works.
Ensure compliance for Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies.
Evaluate and report contract commercial performance and financial recovery.
Prepare and submit contract in accordance with contractual entitlement appropriate measures to secure commercial/ financial recovery.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience working within a contracting environment
Ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised
ICE/CECA Contract awareness
DESIRABLE
