A £40m turnover organisation outside of Fareham is looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. The business provides free parking, healthcare, competitive pension and a company bonus scheme.

Founded in 1934, this business has a long and successful trading history making them a leader in their field. Based at their Head Office outside Fareham, this role sits within a finance team of 10 and Credit team of 6.

This role reports to the Credit Manager. Duties include:


- Reviewing and authorising credit limits for new customers
- Managing own portfolio of clients, ensuring accounts are within payment terms
- Maximising cash collection, protecting working capital and minimising aged debt for the business
- Liaising with challenging stakeholders, internally and externally
- Reporting risk areas to Credit Manager
- Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Liaise with other departments to deliver good customer service

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:


- Must be studying or qualified in AAT or ICM
- Previous experience in one of the following: Collections, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable
- Confident working on ERP systems similar to Oracle, SAP or Navision
- Previous experience working in a 360 Credit Control environment
