Asset Co-ordinator – Concept Specialist
* Up to £27,000
* Liverpool based
* CAFM focused

Currently recruiting for an Asset co-ordinator, this prestigious Liverpool based company are looking for someone technical and with an eye for detail to join the team. Working as part of the facilities department and within the help desk team, the hiring company are looking for someone who is experienced in Concept to help them maximise and develop their CAFM system’s potential. You will work alongside the hard and soft services teams as well as subcontractors managing their workflow and looking for opportunities for efficiencies and improvements using the CAFM data. The role is Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start and finish times.

The main function of the role is to maintain the CAFM system by ensuring that all contractor and asset data is kept up to date and to provide support to the operations team by utilizing the CAFM system to monitor scheduled ppm’s and the estates asset register.

Duties of the role include:

* Managing the asset database on Concept
* Monitoring the in-house FM house team and external contractors for productivity and job flow, feeding back to the maintenance supervisor as appropriate
* To monitor contract KPI’s and SLA’s undertake root cause analysis to identify trends/causes for any persistent failures
* Updating and amending asset info to ensure all data on the system is of a high quality
* Looking for opportunities to develop the system for further efficiencies within the department
* Act as a point of contact for maintenance issue escalations for things that cannot be logged on Concept
* Implementing agreed processes for the capture of information from all internal teams and supply partners;
* Interpreting the results and providing performance reports on all relevant areas.
* To build strong and effective working relationships with the supply partners, acting as the interface between the partners and the Operations team.
* To undertake proactive benchmarking, trend analysis, comparative performance analysis of the services to identify and recommend performance improvement opportunities and service innovations.
* To develop and expand the current Security and Cleaning CAFM systems
* To provide guidance to operations and management teams on facilities performance related issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

* Experience, knowledge and passion for CONCEPT EVOLUTION
* Experience and knowledge of handling and working on Asset registration/verification.
* Data management experience and a passion for developing systems to see continuous improvement
* Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
* Problem solver – ability to ‘ think on your feet’ and work on own initiative when required
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive and flexible approach to work
* Experience with the FM sector is an advantage
