Nicholas Associates (Engineering & Technical) is recruiting a Help Desk Engineer for our well-established client in Leeds.

The role & responsibilities

* Monitoring Call Log and Incoming Queries
* Creating Call Out Reports
* Generating Manuals and Electrical Drawings for products
* Preparing Quotations
* Providing Technical Assistance

Qualifications and Experience

The successful Help Desk Engineer will have:

* Knowledge of electrical systems
* Ideally some electrical qualifications
* Understanding of electrical schematics
* Electrical testing

Salary

* £25,000 rising to £27 after 3months
* 23 Days holiday plus 8 stats
* 5% Pension scheme
