Due to continued growth in all areas of our business a Quality Assured/Sales Estimator position has become available. We are a well-established family run HVAC company who have been operating for over 30 years, we are specialist in installation, services and maintenance of plumbing, heating, renewables, ventilation and air condoning equipment’s. It is from our approach to customer quality, satisfaction and the ability to deliver with a “can do approach” on expectation that has help us develop an impressive portfolio of many commercial and blue chip companies and a company that continues to grows.

The candidate will need to be confident and have comprehensive knowledge with HVAC, VRF, VRV systems, sheet metal ducting works along with plumbing and piping systems. Able to understand technical drawings to preform take offs to create material list in order to provide our clients with accurate quotes and for larger project understanding the tendering process and compile tender returns and sometimes at very short notice, the ability to provide confidence to our clients that quality requirements will be meet by ensuring products offered will met specifications and customers’ expectations, someone who can analyse tenders in detail and be capable of adapting or conforming someone who sees the future options not the obsolete. Previous contracting and estimating experience within the HVAC sector is essential as well as an in depth knowledge of plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and associated products. Given the nature of the position you will be liaising directly with suppliers, project managers and clients with the requirement to attend sites sometimes.

Main duties will be
•Receive and prepare competitive Tender document
•Preparing cost pricing and estimates for new HVAC projects / contract
• Carry out any amendments or variations to existing projects / contracts
• Review technical drawings and specifications for take offs to create a materials list
•Ensuring we have the quality systems in place to insure we comply with potential customer requirements
•Regular contact with customers to keep them updated

The ideal candidate is required to have the following:
• A Positive can do attitude with a willingness to succeed and the drive to achieve.
• Experience of working accurately and effectively with minimal supervision
• Experience of working under pressure
Experience of working with Tender and the tendering process.
