We are an established property company located in Bournemouth, looking to expand our existing team with a Finance Manager. The business has a large property portfolio and is looking to expand this through further acquisitions providing opportunity for salary advancement. We are keen to find an experienced individual who will be a key element of our team working closely with the Senior Management.

Job Role:
Maintaining the Sage 50 and Xero Accounting Systems.
Preparation of monthly management accounts; prepayments, accruals, asset register, deferred revenue.
Administering sales and purchase ledgers.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
Account/bank reconciliations of multiple accounts.
Setting budgets for the new financial year
Prepare quarterly VAT returns and submit to HMRC
Process payroll reports in Sage and Xero
Credit control.

This is a responsible role and therefore we are looking for someone with very good knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Xero as well as other IT packages including Excel and Word. The candidate will need to be accurate and an excellent communicator with a good telephone manner. We rely on strong customer-service focus therefore it is important to be approachable.

The role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated with a methodical approach and wants to avoid corporate bureaucracy.

AAT qualified: Working towards a recognised qualification. (ACCA / CIMA)

Salary will depend on experience.

Job Type: Part-time
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 15.00 pm.
Available parking on site
