Electronic Repair Department Manager, Newcastle Under Lyme

£30,000 DOE

Two shift rotation

Full Time


I am urgently seeking experienced Electronics Department Manager for my well-established client located in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. In this role you will be effectively managing the Mobile Phone Repairs Department.

Key Features:

* Managing a team of over 10 Mobile Phone Repair Technicians of varying levels
* Liaising with Technical Managers
* Undertaking technical training as required
* Working to and achieving team KPI's
* Improving repair accuracy levels within the team
* Monitoring stock levels and ordering parts
* Providing Directors with key management information for the department
* Involved in Recruitment, interview processes and disciplinary procedures


* Experience of at least two years managing a team of 10+ and working to KPI's - Essential
* Strong Leadership style - Essential
* Experience of managing within a Technical Electronics Environment - Desirable
* Knowledge of H&S & ISO standards - Essential
* Knowledge of Company Waste/Recycling requirements (e.g.Batteries) - Essential
* Experience of Electronics/IT/Smartphone or Tablet Repair - Very Advantageous
