3rd Line Support - Technical Support Engineer - up to £37,500

Great opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst to join a rapidly growing legal firm that has more than doubled in size over the last 6 years with plans to do the same over the next 6.

You will be part of an IT team of circa 30, as a 3rd Line Support Engineer. Manage and maintain the existing server and network infrastructure. Provide Technical Support, software upgrades, server updates, infrastructure maintenance.

You should have skills/Knowledge of, Microsoft Server Infrastructures, Microsoft Exchange, and Hyper-V / VMware.

Qualifications that would be advantages are MCSA, ITIL, CompTia A+, Network+, Security+

This position with cover shift patterns that will cover 7am - 10pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 5 Saturdays per month 10am - 4pm. For this, a shift allowance will be provided.
