An award winning company in Camberley are looking for an experienced HR Manager.

You would be responsible for both the strategic and operational HR issues of the company and report to the Managing Partner.

Key duties include all traditional HR generalist areas;

Performance management
Employee engagement
Talent management
Developing the people strategy to aid ongoing development of the organisation and its strategic expansion agenda.
To be successful within this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a solid generalist HR background, strong up to date knowledge of employment legislation, proven experience of providing advice and support on HR policies and procedures and experience of delivering strategic solutions.

You will be a minimum of CIPD (Level 5) qualified. Experience of working in HR in a law firm would be ideal although not essential.

The role will be based in Camberley with at least one day a week spent in another local office. Applicants must hold a current driving license and own a car as travel between our offices is required.
