We are seeking to recruit an ambitious, goal focused individual, who has a flair for sales, an understanding of the construction sector and the intellect to further develop technical knowledge, whilst generating new business opportunities.

The role will be Scotland focused, selling Lift and Escalator New Equipment Installations by developing strong relationships with Developers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors within the UK Construction Industry.

You will be a driven, professional High Achiever with a strong academic background and the ability to grasp technical solutions. You will either be proven in a new business sales remit or confident that you have the ability to transition into consultative sales; knowledge of the Construction/ Projects environment would be preferred.

Your personal traits are also important to us and we therefore seek a team player, with excellent communication skills, a “Can Do” attitude, strong attention to detail and plenty of common sense in order to deliver customer focused results, long term relationship building and the achievement of deadlines/ objectives.

The key focus is to expand the company's business by managing the sales base within the defined territory and appointed accounts, sell Otis solutions to a target plan of units and monetary value, maximize revenue and profitability, develop Otis brand awareness and product demand through the systematic territory coverage, promote Otis product, installation and service benefits and contribute to the Otis growth plans by supporting the New Equipment Team to help achieve their goals.
