SG Financial Recruitment are working exclusively to recruit a Commercial Analyst for a leading Cloud Services Provider, who work with credible industry partners such as Microsoft and TalkTalk. Having doubled in size over the last two financial years due to adding new product lines and developing in their market, the business has seen substantial growth over the past few years and has now created this new role in the business. Their aim is to attract, develop and retain people by providing a career path and solid future within the company, this is really exciting time to join this growing organisation.

As the Commercial Analyst you will work closely within the finance team and reporting to the CEO, you will review revenue, operations, expenses and competition in order to find ways to improve the company’s financial standing. Other responsibilities will be to:

• Analyse sales figures and trends
• Review and improve product profitability
• Work alongside product team on contract negotiations
• Presentation of key insights to help improve business performance
• Assist in the production of annual budgets and forecasts

To be the successful Commercial Analyst you will be:

• Skilful negotiator ensuring the best possible business terms
• Analytical and be able to take complex data and turn it into simple insightful information
• Good relationship builder and have the ability to interact with key stakeholders across vendors and internally
• Confident in financial management and reporting
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and an expert in excel
