Our prestigious client based in Birmingham are currently looking to recruit a First Line IT Support Helpdesk Administrator to join their expanding team.

This role will be based in the IT Department.

Duties to include:

• Providing first frontline telephone support to internal departments
• Answering and logging calls
• Resolving all queries
• Escalating more complex or serious problems
• Updating in house database with accurate information

Skills and experience required:

• IT competent with demonstrable technical abilities
• Clear communication skills
• Strong attention to detail / ability to prioritise

Salary:

£ 16,000 – 18,000

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday - 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
