IT Helpdesk / 1st line support analyst required to join my West Midlands based client a technology business delivering IT Solutions and services to the Logistics and Warehousing sectors.

This role is initially a 3 months contract however successful candidates will have the chance to be considered for future permanent roles with-in the client support team.

Our client requires a 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Analyst to manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure whilst working to SLA's.

The Successful candidate will ideally have some commercial IT support experience in any of the following areas:

Support/Help-desk experience,


Windows 7,8,10,

Windows Server

Ms Office. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and work well as a team.
