Elevation recruitment Group are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a successful growing business located within Sheffield city centre. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this person will be part of a large and fast paced finance team. This temporary role will be for a period of 3 months on an ongoing basis. Accounts Assistant Duties & Responsibilities: - Assisting with the weekly reporting process and identifying any errors - Maintenance of the nominal ledgers, bank reconciliations and processing monthly journals including payroll - Credit control and cash flow management process - Processing supplier and customer invoices, statements and remittance advices - Assisting with the setting up supplier payment runs - Managing financial transactions including petty cash, client monies and balance sheet reconciliations To be successful for this role you will have the following: - Strong IT skills able to run, manipulate and calculate spreadsheets - ACCA/CIMA Part-Qualified AND AAT Qualified - Must be a team player and possess high levels of integrity - Ability to work under extreme pressure & to strict, tight deadlines If you meet the criteria for this role, and are interested in being put forward please do not hesitate to apply or contact me to discuss.
