Customer Service Engineer

The Role: We are currently recruiting for two team members to join our In-House Engineering department as ‘Customer Service Engineers’. Your hours of work will be 40 per week on a rota that will require weekend availability and some evening working. As a Customer Service Engineer you will be involved in all aspects of ATM repair within our workshop. Your duties would include; Repair of component parts to modular and component level, to include mechanical, electrical and electronic disciplines; Service of maintenance equipment; Liaising with management on improving repair processes that deliver improved performances and cost savings; Working towards daily and weekly targets, having the ability to work with minimal supervision using your own initiative; Disposal of waste in line with company H&S policies. The Right Candidate: In order to be successful in this role you should have the ability to think quickly and methodically, using knowledge and resources available to prepare, repair and configure electromechanical devices to a high standard of accuracy. You should be a team player and an excellent communicator, willing to go above and beyond to achieve ambitious goals both individually and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a fast moving production line, ATM experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
