Marketing Project Manager The Marketing Project Manager will report into the Head of Content and will be responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of all marketing projects. This will be a pivotal role within the marketing department and will involve supporting multiple teams. With a passion for agile principles, this role will be the driving force managing and directing the timely briefing, creation and approval of required marketing assets associated with projects, campaigns, initiatives and events, within the allocated timeframe and budget. Things you’ll do: •Oversee the overall production and delivery of content, digital assets, technical updates/projects (i.e. website migrations) across the marketing team •Work closely with other team managers, to define the strategy and roadmap for projects and ensure that efficiencies are driven across the marketing team •Day-to-day management of the International Copy Team •Develop briefs, scopes of works and production roadmaps for key projects and assign tasks and ensure objectives are met and delivered on time •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure content requirements are on track •Proofing and editing of copy for UK content •Source and manage content freelancers as well as liaise and manage external partner agencies •Lead and facilitate regular planning and production meetings and stand-ups •Manage resources and deadlines, providing solutions to maintain a flexible and successful production ability across the department What we’re looking for: •Solid understanding of e-commerce and the specific challenges of managing multiple projects for international online retailers •A process driven team leader with excellent organisational skills with proven ability of managing multiple projects at one time •Proven experience in line management and excellent stakeholder management skills •A collaborative and engaging nature •A solid understanding of creative, technical and digital processes •A personable and confident team player with a can-do attitude and the drive to lead a team of varying skill levels and capabilities •Strong experience in project management for marketing and content teams including budget management and reporting Required skills and experience: •A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role (preferably for an e-commerce company) •Proven track record of working on large complex websites and digital projects •Solid experience of managing content workflows within an agile environment •Excellent coordination, planning and communication skills •Advanced knowledge of project management tools such JIRA, Basecamp, Trello as well as experience of writing up development tickets •Previous CMS experience (preferably Magento) •Good understanding of content marketing for SEO •Exceptional written and spoken English Thing’s you’ll get: •Starting salary of £35,000-40,000 (DOE) •Company pension paying up to 4% •Staff discount on products •Plenty of training and development opportunities
