A 2-form entry faith school in Queen's Park is seeking a Year 1 teacher to start after February half-term.

The current teacher is leaving the role for family reasons, and is disappointed to be leaving her class.

You would be teaching a mixed ability class of 29 children. There is a fantastic TA in the class who has been at the school for several years.

Salary: £28,660 - £46,365 per annum pro rata

The role:

The position is a great opportunity in a friendly, voluntary-aided faith school that is seeking a Year 1 teacher.

As a Year 1 teacher, you would be working across all areas of the National Curriculum. As it is a faith school, you would get a generous amount of PPA time, equating to 1 lesson per day whilst they have a specialist teacher.

They can consider a range of experience levels for the role. They are looking for engaging, enthusiastic and energetic teachers.

The school is 2-form entry primary school, conveniently located right next to Queen's Park station, and shares the building with a private girls' school.
