The Role: Salesforce Developer Location: Manchester Package: £40-50,000 with benefits and accredited training support Overview: There are some good Salesforce Developer roles on the market at the moment in the North West, especially on a contract basis so what makes this permanent role different? Over the last few years the company has migrated some key internal systems into Salesforce and now, they need a talented Salesforce Developer to help refine the platform and start to take them to the next level as they go into a key period of expansion in a company that has been ranked one of the top 50 technology firms for growth in 2017. This is a new position, so that means both flexibility and also a big voice in the best way to build the Salesforce platform in line with the needs of the business. At this stage of the project life cycle, attention to code quality and testing is going to be key and they are starting to embrace key Agile techniques such as CI and Kanban. About you: Technology is your passion and as it's says on the tin, you'll be a Salesforce developer with a few years commercial hands on including Apex and Visualforce pages. It's an agile environment so tick that box and also, experience with CI / unit testing, GIT and Salesforce Sandbox is assumed. DEV401/501 or Platform Developer I / II and experience with Service Cloud alongside SOAP / REST but aside from those technical skills, it's a small, fast moving and forward thinking team so if you want to move into a technology company that will listen to you, and give you the chance to play a key part to streamlining the system and helping the business scale, then this could be for you.
