2nd Line Support Technician ATC Recruitment is currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician providing service desk support and advice, managing customer requests from initial contact to resolution. Responsible for providing 2nd Line technical support working within SLA’s ensuring the provision of quality, timely and effective IT service across the company you will be required to hold the following requirements: Ideally be qualified in either Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Network+ or VMWare Certified Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and operating systems Experience of supporting a VDI environment Able to demonstrate the ability to provide 1st/2nd line support and take ownership and responsibility for IT related faults and requests Strong provable diagnostic skills for PC Hardware, Software, systems administration, desk top server and network infrastructure. Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively and be a strong team player The role offers structured career development and progression, training and working towards accreditations and an exceptional working environment.
