Developing our Engineers to CEng standards is important to us, so we have devised a 4 year plan to support you in getting there. After that – it’s up to you. For a number of the selected candidates, we will support you in achieving the Masters level education you will need to become a Chartered Engineer. Full support towards registration, whether IEng or CEng, is at the heart of our Graduate Scheme. We work to exacting standards for design integrity, safety and quality. Day-to-day you can expect to be working within multi-disciplined project teams and getting involved across the whole vehicle development life-cycle.
