The company is now looking for a Product Service Technician to join their dedicated team in the south coast, working with customers throughout Brighton and West Sussex. The Role: As a Product Service Technician, you’ll support the Business Development Teams by providing technical support and maintenance services to customers throughout Brighton, West Sussex and the south coast. In this key role, you’ll install and maintain products and provide demonstrations and basic training to customers. You’ll have the chance to directly engage with customers and make a positive, lasting impact onservices throughout the region. Specifically, your role will involve: - Repairing and servicing products and ensuring they are fit for use - Supporting the Sales and Clinical Teams with servicing activities to support sales - Implementing product modifications and audits - Providing product demonstrations and basic training to Caregivers - Delivering and installing ready-for-use products - Cleaning products and carrying out electrical safety testing About You: To be considered for the role of Product Service Technician, you will need: - A qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline - Experience within a customer service and/or facing environment - A basic understanding of safety and hygiene rules - Basic IT skills, including MS Office and email - A full driving licence Due to the nature of this position, you will also need to be DBS checked prior to commencing this role. Experience in a hospital servicing role would be beneficial to your application.
