IT Support - South Birmingham
IT Support Analyst - South Birmingham - Desktop, phone and remote support IT Support Analyst with commercial experience of supporting desktop applications such as Windows, MS Office, Adobe required to work for this expanding firm in the South of Birmingham. You should have worked with Service Now in the past and be comfortable providing support in person, over the phone and via remote access. Strong candidates will also have an understanding of ITIL standards. The successful candidate will be logging and managing incidents and requests on Service Now. They will look manage problems with PC hardware, peripheral equipment and software, either resolving the issues or passing them on to internal or external teams but managing the process throughout. This team work a 7.5 hour day on a shift rota that covers 8am to 6pm, so some flexibility on working hours would be appreciated.
