Gtech are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator with advanced Excel skills to join our busy Accounts team. The Role The role will consist of reconciling and processing all Direct Sales Orders for Gtech UK along with a full reconciliation of the corresponding Debtors. The role holder will provide the UK Management Accountant with live daily sales information. Key Accountabilities Reconciliation of daily Direct Sales across various accounts and locations, to include funds and stock Allocation of the Direct Sales Debtor Ledger accounts Review and reconcile daily stock despatches liaising directly with the Stock Controller Maintaining personal knowledge of all relevant current and forthcoming legislation, company policies, practices and developments, to ensure best practice and compliance To undertake any other relevant duties as requested by the UK Management Accountant Skills / Experience Essential: Experience of working in a similar role within a large enterprise Good IT Skills to include advanced excel Good standard of verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to build effective relationships internally and externally Organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work to monthly deadline Desirable: Sage200 experience Join our rapidly expanding company as we continue to go from strength to strength and push the boundaries of innovation.
