Required skills / Responsibilities: Experience providing 2nd Line Support to clients (remotely & onsite) Previous experience maintaining and building the following: Windows-based servers, installation works, configuration of networks, virtualisation migrations (Hyper-V) Network Maintenance and Configuration (Firewalls, Routers, MPLS, VLANS, port forwarding etc) Experience with the following: Hyper-V, Exchange on prem and cloud, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & Group Policy Management, RDS, Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 3CX VOIP telephony support and installation Email migrations from on premise to Office 365 Utilise IT skills in solving problems and support issues, diagnosing solutions Identify re-occurring tickets and implement a permanent solution Excellent Customer Service skills Exposure to Backup solutions and job monitoring Upskill the rest of the team with technical knowledge and be the go to engineer for escalated issues Who will suit this role?
